Search by cancer type for significant miRNAs in clinical parameters
Select a cancer type     Select all cancers
Select clinical parameters to examine.
Select a significance threshold:
P <

Search by cancer type and clinical parameter to retrieve a list of miRNAs closely associated with the selected parameter.

Significance is determined independently in two manners.

Analysis of variance (ANOVA) compares miRNA expression between the different cohorts within each clinical parameter.

Multivariate Cox analysis evaluates the combined effect of the miRNA and clinical parameters patient survival duration. A strong degree of significance indicates the likelihood that the miRNA affects survival independently of the given clinical parameter.

The limits on significance can be increased or decreased to expand or contract results, respectively.
