Design and analyze survival signatures for one or more cancer type

Submit a miRNA expression-based survival signature to view a Kaplan-Meier survival curve for a given cancer type.

Provide a list of up to 30 miRNAs in the first text box, separated by commas, semi-colons, spaces or newlines.
Coefficients can be one of the following: user-submitted values (provided in the second text box), pre-calculated z-scores from univariate Cox analysis, or raw miRNA expression values (i.e. coefficient values of 1.)

Color schemes distinguish the high- and low-risk cohorts.
The cohort with a score below the selected percentile cutoff will be labeled as low-risk.
