Search by cancer type to retrieve a list of miRNAs strongly associated with tumor formation.

Significance is determined by the Student's paired t-test, comparing expression between normal and tumor tissues obtained from patients.

Log2 mean expression of the miRNA in the two tissue types is also provided.

The limits on significance can be increased or decreased to expand or contract results, respectively.
