View a Kaplan-Meier survival curve for a given cancer type, using a pre-calculated miRNA-based survival signature.
A list of potential miRNAs were selected for the survival signature using univariate Cox analysis. Further pruning was conducted through recursive feature elimination and filtering by mean miRNA expression.
Z-scores from the Cox analysis are used as the coefficients.
Color schemes distinguish the high- and low-risk cohorts.
The cohort with a score below the selected percentile cutoff will be labeled as low-risk.
