Search by miRNA and cancer types for significance in cancer clinical parameters
Input miRNA using full 3p/5p name:
Example submission
Select a cancer type     Select all cancers
Select a significance threshold:
P <

Search by a full miRNA name and cancer type to retrieve a list of clinical parameters closely associated with expression of the selected miRNA.

Significance is determined independently in two manners.

Analysis of variance (ANOVA) compares miRNA expression between the different cohorts within each clinical parameter.

Multivariate Cox analysis evaluates the combined effect of the miRNA and clinical parameters patient survival duration. A strong degree of significance indicates the likelihood that the miRNA affects survival independently of the given clinical parameter.

The limits on significance can be increased or decreased to expand or contract results, respectively.
