WashU Pan-Cancer miRNome Atlas

Search by a full miRNA name to retrieve a list of cancer types where tumor formation is closely associated with expression of the selected miRNA.

Significance is determined by the Student's paired t-test, comparing expression between normal and tumor tissues obtained from patients.

Log2 mean expression of the miRNA in the two tissue types is also provided.

The limits on significance can be increased or decreased to expand or contract results, respectively.
