Search by a cancer type to retrieve a list of miRNAs closely associated with patient survival.
Significance is determined independently in two manners.
The log rank p-value results from a univariate Cox analysis, whereby miRNA expression is evaluated in response to patient survival time. Univariate Cox
analysis also provides a z-score, which weighs the importance of the miRNA in response to these parameters.
The t-test p-value is generated from the Student's t-test, based on patient vital status. Log2 mean expression of the miRNA in the two survival cohorts are also provided.
The limits on significance can be increased or decreased to expand or contract results, respectively.
